Quick Trip.

Hello! I hope everyone had nice Thanksgivings. Ours was nice, I'll post some pictures soon. I went to Florida a week ago for my cousin Michelle's wedding. It was nice to see that side of the family--they are so much fun. Especially my crazy cousins! It makes me feel at home :) Besides shooting her wedding, I also danced with senior citizens (I learned some new moves!), went to my Uncle Jim's church and pet some giant lizard things, and stayed up late talking when I was supposed to be sleeping--girl talk like I was 14 again! Anyway, here are some pictures from my very brief trip. For more actual wedding pictures: www.imagesbyamanda.blogspot.com

OH, and good news today! I had another ultrasound and Elijah has turned back around!! YAY!
Bananas! Nice and green, how I like 'em.

Almost a big girl.

We have had quite an eventful week. Some good, some bad. This week Berlin went potty on the big girl toilet...Yay for her! It is amazing how she progresses daily, learning new words and abilities. She had to go to the emergency room this week for some stitches in her finger, poor girl. :( She is doing well with it now and doesn't seem to be bothering her. (Her finger got caught in a door at the base of the nailbed). The staff at Genesys was awesome though. Not only was the doctor great with her, but she had at least 5 staff visit her with teddy bears and silly voices. Good news is that Eli doesn't seem to have the umbilical cord wrapped around his head anymore, which I am thankful. They did find that right now he is breech. I am only 6 1/2 months along though, so there is plenty of time for him to turn around. I have another ultrasound after Thanksgiving to check up on him.

Judy (Nana) finished Berlin's quilt and we attempted to put her to sleep in her new bed tonight to no avail, but she was excited to cuddle with her new blanket! We will attempt again next week...after her hospital visit, I felt too bad to traumatize her again this week. Below are some pictures of her and her wonderful new quilt!

The Pirate and Yoda...The Beginning...

We took Berlin trick or treating in Royal Oak. She had her buddy Gabe with her and they sure got lots of candy! They both got the hang of it after a little while, just holding out their pumpkins and saying thank you. Berlin especially liked when people let her pick her own candy. Gabe did too--a little too much :) ....a few times he tried to take the whole basket!! Here are a few snapshots of their first Halloween trick or treating together:

The cutest Yoda ever!
Berlin checking to make sure he doesn't have more than her! :)

She liked to look at her suckers.
2 pumpkins! Oh my!
Airplane rides with Joel.
Who is having more fun?!
